AMGiNE – Features Released to Production
- Travel Policy: Feature to Auto assign ‘Trip Total Flight Price’ from ‘Flight Price LLF’ calculation
- When policy includes ‘Flight Price LLF’ plus a dollar amount, the calculated LLF (lowest logical fare) is automatically assigned as the Maximum ‘Trip Total Flight Price’ value.
- This feature allows dynamic assignment of Maximum budget based on the itinerary requested and the LLF calculation.
- White Label Form: Feature to support Guest Traveler workflow
- White Label Form submission requires a user to authenticate via a code sent to their email.
- Current profile system expects a valid GDS traveler profile for processing
- Introduced a mechanism to allow re-routing to guest flow when a traveler profile is not available.
- This feature will allow known travelers to submit requests and then provide their personal information (name/DOB etc.) in our JENi check out screen.
- Cvent: Feature to support Travel Arranger Registration Type
- When a travel arranger is booking on behalf of one or more other travelers in Cvent, they choose a Travel Arranger registration Type.
- The Cvent registration is generated with the Travel Arranger as the primary attendee plus one or more guests.
- The travel arranger does not require flight options for themselves.
- Amgine now supports this scenario to collect the flight itinerary information and exclude the Travel Arranger from the flight itinerary request.
- API Travel Policy: Feature to consume Policy Rules with Trip Request
- Feature to allow Travel Policy rules to be dynamically defined in the API call to our service.
- This feature allows Amgine API users to manage policy rules internally and not depend on the Amgine Policy rule set.
- For API users this eliminates the need to create or update policy rules in Amgine.
- API Intent Only option: Feature to allow submission of ‘Intent Only’ trip requests
- This feature allows submission of requests to be processed as ‘Intent Only’.
- Intent only requests allow a TripID to be created without triggering content fetch from the GDS.
- In conjunction with Direct to Traveler flow, a link to the JENi traveler experience can be generated and sent to the traveler .
- The traveler is directed to the Modify screen in JENi with the expected itinerary pre populated .
- Traveler can make changes or additions to the itinerary, trigger content fetch and proceed to booking.
- Using this method API users can defer content fetch until the traveler triggers the search. This provides fresh results on the initial search.
- For groups where deviations are common, it allows the user the flexibility to make changes prior to content fetch.
- Database: Added airport code SWO
- Added airport code SWO – Stillwater Regional Airport, Oklahoma.
- Amadeus: Feature to include S coded (service elements) lines
- All Amadeus profile move commands now include the S coded lines of the profile to be added to the PNR.
- Amadeus: Feature to update name field reference information
- Custom fields now support changes to the reference information associated with an Amadeus name field.
- Amadeus: Issue Resolution – Middle Name
- Resolved an issue with Amadeus PNR creation where passenger middle names failed to be added to the name field of the PNR.
- API Amadeus: Issue Resolution – Guest Workflow fallback
- Resolved an issue where requests that did not have a traveler profile defined would fail.
- When a traveler profile is not available in the in API call we default to Guest workflow to complete the PNR.
- Amadeus: Issue Resolution – Multi passenger bookings
- Resolved an issue where trip requests with multiple passengers would cause PNR creation to fail.
- Amadeus: Issue Resolution – Queue Placement fails to use the correct category
- Resolved an issue where PNR queue placement failed to identify the correct category.
- PNR Creation: Issue resolution – date error when adding Ticketing/Timelimit entry
- Resolved an issue with date calculation due to timezone error.
- Added logging for improved internal monitoring.
- White label Form: Issue Resolution – TSA information SSR fails in the PNR
- Resolved an issue where Trips submitted via White Label form failed to add the TSA SSR (DOB/Gender) information to the PNR.

AMGiNE – Features Released to Production
- JENi Traveler Experience: Feature for ‘Out of Policy’ confirmation messages
- New feature configurable at the branch level.
- When an out of policy option is selected, the user is prompted to confirm they are booking out of policy.
- On the check out page, the user will have to check an additional box to confirm they are booking out of policy.
- Admin Tool: Feature to queue PNRs to an ‘Out of Policy’ queue
- New feature to configure an ‘Out of Policy’ GDS queue at the branch level.
- When a traveler selects an out of policy option the PNR will be queued to an ‘Out of Policy’ Queue.
- Admin Tool: Feature to remove ‘NOPRO’ (No Profile) remarks from the PNR
- New Feature configurable at the branch level.
- Currently, when booking an unprofiled traveler, the traveler information collected at check out is documented by default in the PNR remarks labelled as NOPRO.
- This configuration will prevent the NOPRO remarks in the PNR.

- Resolved an issue where changing the date of birth for traveler #2 or higher changed the date of birth for traveler #1 in error.
- Issue Resolution: Issue with Policy application on leg-by-leg flight selection
- Resolved an issue where selecting one leg that is ‘In Policy’ and a second leg that is ‘Out of Policy’ would cause the bundled pricing to show ‘In Policy’ status in error.

AMGiNE – Features Released to Production
- JENi: Feature for Amgine hosted White Label search form for Travelers
- New Feature that allows a traveler to initiate a request from an Amgine hosted form.
- Our white label form allows the user to submit a request for travel (Air/Hotel/Car) for processing from a publicly available URL.
- Traveler must be profiled and must authenticate via a code sent to their email address
- This feature can be configured at the branch level so it is Account or Group specific.
- On submission the request can be routed to an agent or we can push the user directly to our JENi Traveller experience.
- Each branch is assigned a unique URL that can be sent to travelers
- Travel policy group can be defaulted in configuration.
- PNR Creation: Feature to execute Sabre Commands at time of Profile Move
- Allows more granular control over when Sabre commands are executed in the PNR creation process.
- Flight Search: Feature to support triggering search by cabin class as defined in policy
- Added the ability for intent search to follow cabin class defined in policy.
- If policy defines First Class to be ‘in policy’, the intent search will now specify First Class as a search parameter.
- Policy Rules: Feature to change Policy Rule for ‘Number of Stops’ to a specific integer entry
- Change ‘Flight Number of Stops’ in Policy rule from dropdown ‘NonStop/MultiStop’ to specific integer selection.
- This allows more granular control to remove 2 and 3 stop options from being selected as ‘In Policy’.
- Database: Assign aisle seat as the default in Air Configuration for all Branches
- Assign aisle request by default, if no branch configuration previously exists.
- Security: Feature to clear authentication credentials when the TMC PCC IsAuthenticator flag is set to false
- If GDS PCC configuration removes a PCC as an authentication PCC, existing authentication credentials are cleared.
- Issue Resolution: Email address with invalid characters caused the ‘Send Email’ button to fail
- Emails with invalid characters are now sanitized (invalid characters are removed) prior to processing.
- Issue Resolution: Period character in custom fields causing PNR remark failure
- Resolved an issue where a period character in a custom field configuration caused a failure in the PNR remark.
- Custom fields now allow the period character (.)
- Issue Resolution: Cvent Event ID in an Inactive branch caused a live request to fail in an active branch
- Resolved an issue where Cvent requests were not routed through the active Branch when two Branches had the same Cvent event code and one Branch was inactive.
- Inactive branches are no longer considered when searching for Cvent event id match.
- Issue Resolution: Resolved an issue where one sold out flight triggered all flights to show sold out
- Resolved an issue where adding more flights to Selected Options showed all flights as Fully Booked when availability had only one fully booked flight.

AMGiNE – Features Released to Production
- JENi: New Feature – Modify Intent – AI Conversational Mode
- New feature to allow AI conversational mode in the Modify Intent Screen
- This option is configurable at the branch level.
- Users can now enter requests such as: ‘Change outbound date to 03Sep’
- Admin Tool: New Feature – Ability to add Branch expiry dates
- Ability to set a future expiry date for a branch
- Upon expiry, branch status is set to ‘inactive’ and the branch is removed from branch drop down lists
- Agent Experience filters will no longer display the branch
- Branches can be re-activated at any time if necessary
- JENi: Guest workflow – Known Traveler Number – Country of Issue – list
- In the check out screen, for Know Traveler Number, the country of issue field has been changed to a drop down list of only US and CA as the program is limited to these two countries.
- Custom Fields: New variable for Flight LLF-Lowest Logical Fare
- Custom Fields now supports the option to record the LLF value in the PNR
- The LLF value can be calculated as the lowest available fare or the lowest available fare excluding certain airlines. (eg. F9 frontier)
- The LLF value can be added to the PNR in any required remark format
- GDS: Amadeus – Custom Field support for updating Name Reference
- Ability to update name reference information in the Amadeus PNR
- Email Processing: Issue Resolution – processing delay – attachments
- Resolved an issue where requests with an attached file would stay in received state for 5 minutes before transitioning to drafted/drafting failed

- Resolved an issue where Flight Destination-By-Airport code was applied to all flights instead of Outbound/Inbound flight specifically.
- JENI: Issue with out of budget flight selection
- Resolved an issue where travelers could not confirm flights that are out of budget after trying to shop or select other recommendations.
- JENi: Issue with date order in Modify Intent
- Resolved an issue where incorrect date order error is shown for one-way flights with other segments in Jeni Modify Intent.
- GDS: GDS SSR DOCS request failures
- Resolved an issue where SSR DOCS requests would fail on hyphenated names. Removed hyphen and any non alpha characters from names when adding SSR DOCS remarks to PNR.
- JENi: FOP for Guest not added to PNR
- Resolved an issue where FOP entered for a Guest Traveler in JENi was not added to the PNR when the request originated in Cvent.
- Option Selection: Issue Resolution
- Resolved an issue where scoring for flight itineraries were not applied correctly.
- Admin Tool: Incorrect record count appears when filters applied
- Resolved an issue where an incorrect number of records are displayed when a filter is selected.
- Agent Experience: Intermittent “Something went wrong” message
- Resolved an issue where itineraries in Suspensed/Booked/Booking Failed state caused a “Something Went Wrong” message to appear.
